Shure A-900-R-GM Gripple-Mount Kit for Round MXA920 Microphones (White)

The Shure A900W-R-GM is a suspension mount kit designed for integrators who need a secure and adjustable way to hang a Shure ceiling array microphone when direct mounting to the ceiling is not possible or desirable. Using Gripple fittings, the kit lets you position a round MXA920 or a legacy MXA910 at the exact height that captures voices best, even in rooms with high or architecturally sensitive ceilings.

Inside the box you will find three steel cables that are each 10 feet long. Each cable runs through a matching Gripple connector, so you can lift or lower the microphone quickly and lock it in place without tools. A back cover in white snaps over the rear of the microphone for a clean visual finish, and eight cable ties help you route and secure any excess cable above the ceiling line. The hardware is rated to support up to 15 kilograms, giving you a generous safety margin for the microphone and any accessories you may add.

The kit leaves the choice of ceiling anchors to the installer, allowing you to select hardware that best matches the building structure. For the same reason, an Ethernet cable is not included. Once those items are sourced, the A900W-R-GM streamlines installation in boardrooms, classrooms, training centers, or any space where flexible microphone placement improves speech capture and keeps sightlines clear.
