About this product
Sapphire BWR is an IS 303 marked panel from an ISO 9001:2015 certified process, built with a Gurjan face and a 100% core construction.
Its distinguishing feature is glue line protection — a treatment at the bond line itself, which is where a panel in a humid interior actually begins to fail. Combined with a controlled low moisture content at despatch, it reduces the movement that causes shutters to bind a season after installation.
The face is marked defect free with even sanding and a smooth finish, so it is ready for lamination with minimal preparation.
